Scott Brown
Founder & CEO

For more than 20 years, Scott Brown has been a consultant and innovator in optimizing the deployment of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. He is an Advisory Board Member of HR.com’s Institute for Human Resources and board member of the Atlanta-based Technology Executive Roundtable, a select association of Atlanta technology CEOs. He also is past President of the Southeast Association of IHRIM – International Association of Human Resources Information, and has conducted numerous presentations and webinars on cloud-based HCM and WFM architecture, integration, and deployment. Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and completed post-graduate work in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.

Rob Leonard
Chief Operating Officer

Rob Leonard is responsible for the management of Sability’s business and execution of key initiatives to improve service, quality, revenue and profitability. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Rob held senior management positions at Ultimate Software and Workbrain (now Infor), as parts of a long career in professional services, business development and product management for multiple software vendors and consulting firms in the Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industries. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

James Shryock
Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President of Services

After 12 years at Sability in various leadership positions, James Shryock currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Services responsible for Sability’s Ultimate Software and ADP partnerships as well as the Vendor Selection practice. Before joining Sability, he was the Director of Human Resource Information Systems for Lend Lease, a global real estate company based in Australia, and HR Manager at Compass Management and Leasing, Inc. An industry veteran, he spent many years in the trenches of WFM implementations with clients such as International Paper, Adidas, JB Hunt and Verizon.  James received his Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations, both from Michigan State University.

Alan Segal
Executive Vice President of Services

Alan Segal is responsible for multiple key lines of business, their associated personnel and client engagement management. His portfolio includes Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM, Workbrain, Ultimate Software UTA, Kronos and ADP eTime.  A strategic leader in enterprise HCM and WFM, he has over 14 years of experience with companies of all sizes providing value and increasing operational efficiency through strong project governance and execution. Prior to joining Sability in 2007, he managed Workbrain’s Client Infrastructure Group helping that company achieve record growth while maintaining stability for some of the world’s largest enterprise clients across various industry sectors, including transportation, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.  Alan is a graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Jeremy Finney
Vice President of Services & IT

Jeremy Finney has over 12 years of experience in Workforce Management solutions.  His deep expertise in this area has been established through years of working with diverse clients, tackling complex Workforce Management issues, and helping clients in vastly unique environments with different operating goals. He is responsible for Workbrain development methodology, technical sales support, information security and internal IT infrastructure. Jeremy joined Sability in 2005 after working in senior positions in software development at Workbrain, 724 Solutions and EDS.  Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where he graduated with first class honors.

Eric Hoffmann
Vice President of Sales

Eric Hoffmann oversees sales strategy, operations and execution. He is a 25-year HCM and WFM veteran having held various positions in sales, service, operations and management at industry leaders Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce and Workplace Systems. Eric’s specific areas of expertise include a deep understanding of Workforce Management, from Data Collection, Time and Attendance and Scheduling, to Labor Tracking, Compliance and Analytics. His understanding of the unique requirements of specific vertical markets, coupled with direct experience with HCM solution providers, offers our customers a complete industry perspective while preparing them for current and future success.  Eric is a graduate of the University of Akron, with Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees.

Evan Rogoff
Senior Advisor

Evan Rogoff, founder of Rogoff Financial Services, provides strategic, financial and operational advice to rapidly growing innovative businesses such as Sability.  He has started several businesses focused on helping entrepreneurs achieve growth and business success.  Evan has been the Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies over the past 15 years and has raised over $100 million of equity and debt capital.  Many of these companies achieved rapid growth and exits via acquisition and the public markets.  Evan started his career at Arthur Andersen where he was a manager in the firm’s corporate finance practice and part of the firm’s audit team. He graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
