Alan Segal

Mr. Alan Segal serves as Sability’s Vice President of Client Services.  He is a veteran of the Workforce Management industry with extensive experience in professional services and an expert when it comes to Workforce Management deployments and technology.  He specializes in providing leadership to clients through the entire Workforce Management life cycle ensuring all their goals are met.  He has more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 clients in all capacities from assessment and requirements to post production support.  Alan understands the complexities of his clients’ business niches and identifies process improvements that directly contribute to their bottom line.

Prior to joining Sability in 2007, Mr. Segal managed Workbrain Inc.’s Client Infrastructure group where he managed the most complex infrastructure architecture deployments for some of the world’s largest organizations across many industry sectors, including transportation, retail, and hospitality.

Mr. Segal has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from York University.
