He founded Sability as a WFM consultant delivering end-to-end support -- from planning to cutover -- to insure maximum capture of ROI. This results-oriented approach has helped Sability grow substantially since it was initially launched.
The creation of Sability was the culmination of years of focus by Mr. Brown on improving the ability of HR and WFM software to impact business practices and profitability. In 1992, he founded Scott A. Brown, Inc., as a sole practitioner assisting Fortune 500 companies with their employee - technology strategies. At AFLAC, Mr. Brown was responsible for investigating new technologies and setting strategic direction for IT, but left to follow his passion: Consulting.
Mr. Brown received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University (Auburn, AL); and completed his post-graduate work in Management Information Systems there.
