A Rapid WFM Scorecard Approach for Measuring Success

The WFM operation is about getting things right - the right people in the right place at the right time.  And after you've accomplished that, you need to get the pay right.  These are excellent objectives, but how do determine if you're making the grade?  More importantly, how do you establish measures that are meaningful, but do not cost more than the solution?

With over 20 years in the business, Sability answers those questions with the WFM Scorecard - an assessment approach that will validate what you're doing right, where your operations succeed, and where they fail.  Soliciting input from Senior Managers, Line Managers, Administrators and Subject Matter Experts, we are able to compile an overall grade of your Operations and a roadmap for selecting your best initiatives.   More importantly, we produce a baseline for you to use - allowing you to perform measures after your project is complete.

As for cost -Sability's WFM Scorecard solicits, collects and analyzes the information in the most efficient way possible.   In just three weeks, we are able to produce a final grade determined from many inputs, including online surveys, onsite interviews using targeted questions, and facilitated process workshops using predefined templates.  We have scaled our data collection to reduce the analysis time weeks to days - saving you time and money.    

Roadmap to Success

But, the WFM Scorecard is more than a grade; it is a roadmap for organization improvement.  Are some managers doing extensive manual adjustments?  Do managers know how to use the system appropriately?  Do you need to replace clocks?  How many off-cycle checks are you producing? As part of the final report, we provide a list of priorities based on current measures that can predict Return on Investment (ROI) for targeted improvements.   We work with you on a final report and with recommended actions.  From here, you can determine costs on initiatives and produce a final plan that includes SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely.

Measuring Performance

As you implement improvements, you can establish a timetable to measure again.  You can either measure targeted initiatives, or rerun the full scorecard.  Either way, you'll have the results to present to Sr. Management that demonstrate an ongoing commitment to quality improvement.
